Toddler Day Out and Great Parenting Fair

Raising awareness of the importance of the early years, linking to support available and having fun!

A day for parents, caregivers and their families.

Toddler Day Out & Great Parenting Fair (TDO) is a huge family-fun event that offers early childhood education (ECE), social and health services an opportunity to promote their services to hundreds of families with young children, creating resilience and contributing to violence-free communities.

VIOLENCE FREE COMMUNITIES NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Due to the current international Covid19 Pandemic crisis, Violence Free Communities has made the decision to cancel the Toddler Day Out & Great Parenting Fair planned for 16 May 2020.

This decision did not come lightly.  However, in the best interests of public health and safety, we are adhering to the Government’s National Pandemic plan and following their guidelines to ensure we do not place our staff, suppliers and the general public at risk through this difficult time.

On behalf of the Violence Free Communities Board and staff, we wish you all the best of health.  Please ensure you, your family and friends keep yourselves safe and if you have any questions on the Government’s National Pandemic status, please go to the following website: www.covid19.govt.nz.

If you have any questions regarding this notice, please feel free to contact:

The Trusts Toddler Day Out

We are back and more ready than ever to take on 2020 with our scheduled Toddler Day Out events in West Auckland.

The first of these will be our Massey event to be held on the 22 February at the Massey Leisure Centre. Our second will be held at the lovely Te Atatu Community Centre on the 16 May 2020. We have loads of stallholders with lots of free activities for the children to participate in during the day, so come along and enjoy yourselves.

If you would like more information on how you can become part of the event, please contact Shelley Cunningham via email tdo@violencefreecommunities.org or on 021 790 361.

You can also download our 'Wanting to be a stallholder' form.

We'd love to have you on board!
